I'm very frustrated tired of the emails want to talk to a real person. Want updates on my online order.
I'm told I cancelled it I did not two of the items were canceled because they were out of stock. I would like the rest of my order.

Please help me get my refund. I love your store and if I could afford to buy store merchandise, I would.
I bought some items and have my receipt. I realized that at this time I cannot afford what I would like to have, but I can't. The cashier gave me a gift card. You see, I reported the credit card I used as stolen, it is canceled and I was issued a new credit card.
I do not need a gift card. Financially, I cannot afford the money used to purchase items. I really need the money back, please.
As a goodwill courtesy, please refund the money. God bless you.

The location in Humble Tx is so racist. My daughter purchased me a bed set and I didnt like it .
She ls not a perks member so I couldnt put her number in but I had the receipt. The number I entered was someone else name not my daughter . They wouldnt let me return they said I couldnt return are exchange it and I had my receipt. The cashier name RUTH .
Was very unprofessional and in my head racial profiling me because of my race. I asked for the manager I said is it just this location she said yes. But again I have my receipt it just wasnt matching with the phone number. The manager Amber said for that location I needed my receipt.
My daughter not a perks member. The manager name is Amber . No help st all . I went to Katy location a did the return with my receipt and had no problems.
They even said if I did t have the receipt they give a gift card . I will never shop at humble location ever in life. Because of RUTH .I took the bed set to the Katy location in Tx and they returned it. But I wanted to address Ruth and her rudeness and attitude.
And Amber the manager saying it was nothing she could do. I know thats not your policy even if I didnt have her receipt. I just would have received a merchandise credit. Me personally I was racially profiled.
Ive never had a problem until today with your stores and will not be returning. Thnks to Ruth & Amber .

Did not receive order
I never received my order. When I send it an email to the address on the order, it comes back undeliverable.

After 17 emails with customer care I gave up no help at all. Could not get a real person to talk to.
After spending over 1,500.00, plus ordering on line how dare you treat people t h e way I wad treated. Went to Concordia and Pineville and traveled many miles to get my furniture. Thanks to Carol Phillips at store 47 in concord.
Still missing one piece plus they canceled my order on the day of delivery. Said they made a mistake and did not have anymore.

I’m in limbo. I’ve a party and no charger plates!
Hi,
I ordered 20 charger plates. 9 of them arrived very nicely and individually wrapped. However, 11 were just stacked one on top of the other. The box was damaged and the plates lacked luster!
I would like to return these 11 and have new ones shipped to me. I need them by the 31st of October for a function. I am really disappointed. They even have scratches!
The boxes were dumped outside the gate, which is half a mile from my porch! I paid a generous amount for these plates. To have your company ship them in such a condition and for FedEx to just leave them like that is really unacceptable!

At home, my credit card was charged twice for an order I placed today for pick up at a Costa Mesa, CA store. The order consisted of 2 black barstools.
Please cancel the order. I contacted my bank, Chase, and filed an investigation.
You are doing this to more than just me. We will find out.

I'm uploading the pictures I took. I'm an operations manager for a multi-million dollar company.
I've shopped in many At Home Stores. I've never seen one of them in the condition that this store is in.
It makes me not want to shop there. Freight is just sitting on the floor, needing to be put out.

Hello. I just left your Little Rock, Arkansas location.
I was attempting to make a purchase of several items. One item was missing the back that held the battery in. When I questioned the cashier about the item which had no price tag, he immediately huffed, said someone else had tried to buy one earlier, and pointed to a return-to-shelf buggy with the exact same item in it. When I asked if a manager could help, as I had this item missing a back and another item with no tags or price, he again huffed.
Finally, after I asked again, Latissa or Latisha, who he said was the manager, walked over. She never spoke to me nor made eye contact. She told him $11 for the item with no back. As I asked if that was with the 50% price, she walked off with no response.
I then asked him about the second item with no tag or price, he huffed, said he didn't know anyone who could help me, and began to take my items and put them aside in the same return bin he had used earlier. The store looked absolutely ransacked, with broken items everywhere, so I cannot imagine I was the only one today needing a price on an item. The cashier then looked at me, rolled his eyes, and asked in a disrespectful tone, “Are you buying the other stuff?” The only pleasant employee was your security guard at the door who greeted me both coming and going with a nice comment and a smile.
I have visited several of your other locations during my travels and had great experiences, but this location makes the Dollar Tree look upscale. Needless to say, I didn't purchase the other items and will not be coming back.

I shopped at At Home in Fayetteville, GA on Saturday. I tried to use a 20% off entire purchase coupon sent to me on Thursday, expiration date 2/20.
It did not work. I asked the cashier to ask the manager to help. She said the manager could not do anything. Then, when I got home, I realized that all the items I purchased on sale for 30% off, did not ring up the sale price.
I am a Perks member. So, I called the store #. Got an answering machine. Left a message.
No return call. Called again on Sunday, still no response. Called again today. No one answers the phone.
No one returns calls, No one is in charge. Do they even have a manager? I have always shopped at the Athens store, and have always had good customer service.
NOT IN Fayetteville. Is there anyone in the company who can help me out?

Did not use 15% coupon I used 10% coupon only I have and showed proof
At store to purchase an item tried to use my 15% coupon states its been used which is not accurate I use my 10% coupon not tbe26% and I have proof on my E receipts Please send my 15% coupon to my email kimberlyalisareed70@***.com and additional coupon for inconvenience.
