Ordered something for in store pick up through apple pay and at home never sent me an order confirmation email with an order number or confirmation. Apple pay says it went through so my husband brought that with him when we went to pick it up.
The woman there wouldn't release the order to my husband and was incredibly rude and disrespectul, was snearing at him as if she was happy she was getting to be rude to us and turn us away. I then called her to explain the situation and find out how to get the order released since I never received an order number and only had the apple pay confirmation and she provided no helpful information she talked over me on the phone interrupted me was rude and should absolutely never work in customer service.
She wouldn't listen to the issue, took no accountability, and provided zero solutions. So now we paid for items but are unable to pick them up.

I was trying to buy some pillows in the sign said 16 and under but in the pillow said 19.99 and the manager bobby was very rude and tell me no the price is that in the pillow and I dont think that is nice at all i feel descriminated

Purchased $200 merchandise forgot rewards. Returned per request with items to rescan and with rewards.
Wouldnt honor because purchase was not made using your credit card. 30minute ride and handicap senior.
Returned merchandise because they wouldnt honor $40. Lost me as a customer

Can’t get current inventory
Could not get a accurate inventory for a sling chair color from individual stores. Had trouble getting through individual stores.
Store phone menu was completely useless. Did not give option to talk to a person from stores (option 0). Once I got through, I was able to get a inventory.
The person I talked with put aside the number of chairs in wanted. Hat to drive from suburban C
Chicago to suburban Milwaukee.

After a very offensive and demoralizing experience with the at home store in Cypress at 290 and Barker Cypress. I feel violated against.
After making a purchase online, I wanted to do an exchange of an item. However, when I got to the store because I made the purchase online. I did not have a physical receipt. However, I did have the order number which is what I use to make the pickup of the order.
I was informed that I could not get anything. But what the current sale price was for the item? Because they could not find order number. Based on the information that I had because they cannot locate an order from an order number even though it is what I used to make the pickup of the order.
Mr. Roland, which is the customer service manager which was called to assist me. Not only was he very rude. He accused me of lying saying that all the other customers have a receipt.
I at the time could not find a receipt in my email, however, I did, as I mentioned, have the order number. This was because I usually always take a screen shot of orders I make online with the order numbers as proofnof my purchase. However, an order number obviously means nothing when it comes to At Home stores, when it comes Manager Roland at Cypress store on hwy290 in Houston. I was put in a position where I was being stared at by other customers as if I was lying and he not only but said I was lying even though all I wanted was an exchange of the item, or if I couldn't get in exchange my money back.
I feel Mr. Roland who could not give me his last name?
It's not fit to be a customer service manager. We need someone better trained to deal with customers and find a resolution of a problem in a more applicable manner. I will say this, I later found the receipt and the reason why I didn't find the receipt is..
because I purchased the item with PayPal. Because it is in fact, an option when making an online purchase. And because my PayPal is under a different email address and Because I establish my PayPal 20 years ago, my email address has changed since then. However, my PayPal email address remains the same, and I still have access to my old email address (lacreciafoster@***.com) iss why.
Therefore, I could not find that information but again, I did have the order number and putting in my perks number 281827****did not make any difference. Putting in my email address did not make a difference. None of that information was available with the At home's current procedures. At this point I no longer want an exchange.
I just want my money back. Especially now that I have recovered the receipt. No thanks to Mr Roland at the 290 and barker, cypress location.
BTW. I guess due to online orders not quite sure why but.my account has three different accounts all wit the same email address.
I THINK.but when I put my number 3 encrypted emails pop up. I also need that corrected and all perks added to only one email address Lacrecia10@***.com.
I Baugh an outdoor umbrella and is damaged
Back in early February I purchased an outdoor umbrella in crestwood ill location. Today I decided to used the umbrella.
The umbrella is damaged the top is ripped. I tried to return it to the crestwood location and they refused to take it back because 90 days has passed.
Can someone please addressed this issue asap. This is not good customer service to sell and item that is damaged and I cant used it and I am out of almost $100:00

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
After many attempts to secure my solar lance, they were delivered to me on Sunday, April 13. I was so happy. You should have more merchandise dealing with solar lamps for the summer outdoor design.

Filled out their submit email form. No response!!!
Tried to call,with number I Googled, and recording comes on that, saying if wishing to contact, submit their form. So no way to talk to an,actual person!!!
Terrible product & even worse employees.
Went in to pick up my order and was told ut wasn't there ANYMORE as I was out of town and didn't pick it up for several days.
Was told another customer wanted ut really bad.
BS, sold my merchandise I paid for.
Never shop online it At Home ever again.
CC company did a forced refund against them due to the fraud.
Corp anyone, worthless!
Be glad to watch thus company go under.

Missing pieces of a frame
I ordered a frame that had 9 individual sections of 4x6 photos and one of the 4x6 glasses were missing . I called the store and only option was send it back and get refunded back to my card

Did not receive coupon for opening account
I still have not received my coupon. I have had a lot of trouble trying to deal with this online. I am going into the store tomorrow to try to to figure this out
